Opportunity:
The Director, eCommerce Strategy will be responsible for driving growth across multiple online marketplaces and wholesale relationships.
This individual will work directly with Company leadership, Channel Partners, agency contacts and internal resources to create and implement an eCommerce Growth Roadmap, drive profitable growth at existing Channel Partners, improve eCommerce KPI metrics and customer experience, and seek out new growth opportunities.
This role will coordinate marketplace communications, including regular status reviews with Channel Partner contacts, and plan and implement successful campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google/Bing/Criteo, manage Google Ad Words and Analytics, Social Media ad strategy, SEO and website maintenance, and continue to build the company's strong online presence.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing eCommerce growth and is seeking a hands-on role in an autonomous work environment.

Primary responsibility for maintaining and growing multiple key eCommerce relationships Develop a detailed Multi-Year Channel Development Roadmap Explore and engage new potential Channel Partners Manage company site at www.

com- (Shopify) Explore International partnership opportunities Drive Wholesale program growth Coordinate quarterly promotional activities and optimize Channel spend to drive further growth opportunities Establish and monitor appropriate KPIs to assess eCommerce Performance
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A minimum of 7 years of experience managing marketing strategy and customer experience (e-commerce experience preferred) Proven track record of managing eCommerce KPIs to optimize profitable growth In-depth understanding of Amazon Ads, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Business Suite tools, SEM and SEO practices Experience running digital ads campaigns from start to finish:
budget campaigns, collaborate with team members on copy and creative, optimize pages for conversions, implement & test ad campaigns on multiple platforms, and optimize campaigns Experience in reporting on measured marketing KPIs (e.

, leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, ACoS) Expertise in analyzing measurements and marketing data from PPC campaigns Versed in site analytics to understand behaviors and their implications to larger trends.
Reporting Structure:
